Know Before You Book
- Children must be 10 years old and at least 80 pounds.
- You MUST weigh at least 80 pounds and not more than 260 pounds to participate. Guests will be weighed at check-in.
- If you are pregnant, you should not take part on tour.
- Must be able to walk up stairs and on uneven terrain.
- Check-in is 30 minutes prior to your tour time.
- This tour is not recommended for guests with serious neck, back, or joint injuries, chronic heart problems or are pregnant.
- Please schedule your zipline more than 24 hours after any scuba diving excursion
- Guests that do not meet the above requirements at check-in, tickets will be non-refundable.
- Please wear fully-enclosed toe and heel, like athletic or hiking shoes. Shoes must be snug fitting. (No Teva or Keen sandals with open sections. No 5 finger shoes.)
